I spent two nights at Symphony hotel and really enjoyed my time. I had a room with a balcony. Room was spotless and hushed. Good location, nice restaurants nearby, walking distance to train station. Kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Chef Hung served pancakes, eggs, Pho, whatever you wanted on that morning. When a cup of coffee was empty, he asked whether I wanted more and I didn’t even have to get off the chair. Highly recommended!

Had a very pleasant stay here for four nights with my friend. The receptionist Bach is very friendly and helpful, made our stay as comfortable as it can be. The room is clean and spacious and the breakfast is delicious. Will be my first choice when I come back to Hanoi again!
