Hi Ancient Town Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights after returning from Halong bay. It is nothing fancy, however it was all we needed. The front desk staff were fantastic! Our shuttle arrived early one morning and the front desk miss packed up our breakfast for us so we didn't go hungry. Their english was excellent. The hotel is very great spot- everything is a walk away.

She was very kind and helpful. We will be back for this great hospitality.Location also great. Housekeeping needs some work.They made the bed but they don’t clean the floors.And they dont dust. Breakfast good ,good coffee.We will definitely be back to stay here next year.

A very clean 3* hotel in Hanoi, greatly located off main street and at the same time, near the lake, the popular part of Hanoi, with street food, massages or rooftops bars within very short walking distance! Upgraded to 6th floor, so away from street horns, big rooms, great large showers, very large and comfy bed. Breakfast is all good and varied to suit all.
