Hoabinh Palace Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter—a bustling, vibrant, energetic, and fascinating area full of character. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service, especially from Ruby at the front desk, who made us feel very welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a good shower, and well-maintained amenities. Everything contributed to a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would happily return to Hanoi and stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be, and a huge part of that was the incredible staff service. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and accommodating, but Linh Pham deserves a special mention. She went genuinely out of her way to make us feel welcomed and looked after during our time in Hanoi. Her warmth, attention to detail and willingness to help made such a difference. She truly elevated our experience and is a wonderful asset to the hotel. 📍 Perfect location The location is incredibly convenient and within walking distance of all the fun, with plenty of restaurants, food, shops, services and the night market nearby. It made exploring Hanoi so easy, while still being a comfortable place to come back to. ❤️ Overall A beautiful hotel with an excellent location and, most importantly, genuinely exceptional hospitality. Linh in particular turned a great stay into a memorable one. We would happily recommend La Siesta Premium Hang Be to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We had a wonderful experience here recently. The staff facilities and location of the hotel was excellent. In particular I'd like to mention the extraordinary effort and service from the staff member Linh Pham (no relation). She went above and beyond on numerous occasions to ensure that our stay was one of the most memorable experiences we've had in recent memory. Personally I have travelled to many luxury hotels around the world but Linhs attitude kindness and worth ethic is truly world class.
