Joy Journey Hotel

This is a hostel now it says 'formerly joy journey hotel' above the door. Also says city backpacker hostel. False advertising and the same price as an actual hotel. Was not impressed we left and checked into a lovely hotel down the street instead.

good hotel at budget rate as only one lady in reception manage to speak in English ! and we have good breakfast and nearby supermarkets to shop on ! wifi is superb... all the time ! and nearby to 2 Indian restaurants .

Rooms are ok, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Nothing to say, just don't hesitate to go. We were with a 2 y/o girl and all was very nice.Located in Hanoi downtown, you'll have all things around you. Perfect location Thanks again.
