Awesome service! The receptionist really helped me out, I got my mobile phone stolen, and as I had a broken leg in cast, he drove me to a shop to get a new one. All the staff were really nice! I stayed in a cheap basic room at the ground floor, but the location is great for exploring the old town of Hanoi and beyond.

This hotel is great Location in the heart of the lively Hanoi district 2 steps from the cathedral to place you... With lots of small restaurants around and all shops. The room with balcony is very large and well maintained... I stayed 4 nights and once out of 2 bathroom linen was changed and small bottles of water made available... Room with small safe. At night, you just have to close the windows for noise because shopping street and busy... there is fan and air conditioning... I prefer to sleep naturally and I put earplugs to muffle the ambient noise... I slept super well in the huge and comfortable bed. For breakfast, it’s great on a rooftop on the 9th where we overlook the city. You can take the bowls of soup with rice and chicken noddles and then everything else, bread fruit, eggs, noodles, yogurt, jams, coffee, fruit juice.... Everything you need to start your day right... And lastly, the best, all the staff is at your service, available, kindness and smile... Everyone is professional and helps you with everything. I highly recommend I’m going to SAPA for a few days and I don’t know exactly how many days. maybe 5, maybe more... so I left a bag that they’ll keep until I get back... I’m delighted Bravo to the hotel and all the staff
