Lenid Hanoi Hotel

A pleasant, comfortable hotel, well located, with comfortable beds and good value for money. The only drawback would be the size of the dining room, small for the capacity of the hotel, with tables very close together and having to wait for free tables for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is well located, 15 minutes walk from the center, the rooms were very good, although the beds were hard, spacious xr at shower time the jars of gel and shampoo were insufficient for two people (one small jar for two The cleanliness of the rooms was not very good, they did not clean anything, the pillowcase of my family and that of one of my relatives were dirty with stains and hair, they changed it for me xr they made my family member pay to change the pillowcase pillow, cnd they are the ones who must please the client, so the treatment of the public is bad, I do not recommend this hotel.

Used to enjoy but not anymore. Tiny room with exaggaxerated price. Worst customer service for frequent guest. Definitely shall not opt to stay here again. This time is becaused of corporate policy only.
