1. Had arrangement in place for pick up from the airport. Waited for approx. 45 minutes and no one turned up. Staff from Tourist Inf. Office phoned the hotel and was advised that they had no booking for our stay. hired a taxi to the hotel. Staff at the reception took approx. 5 minutes to locate our booking. One of the senior employees than turned up and discussed/requested that we finalize our booking for tours during our stay. We trusted him despite our wait at the airport, which he arranged. Based on his recommendations our Harlong Bay tour was arranged before our arrival & remaining 2 was finalized with him at the reception. Guide for the city tour ended the day Tour before we were able to see all advised attractions.Unfornately despite our repeated request, no itinary was provided for both of the tours.
2. This is a 4 storey hotel without any lift.
3. Upon checking in and entering the bedroom, we noticed that the bed sheets were very dirty and both of the pillow cases. Walls of the bedroom/bathroom have cracks.
4. Carpets on common area. Very dirty.
Went down and told this senior staff that we could not stay in this room for reasons outlined above. He apologised and advised that we will be transferred into another room the next day and we were transferred to another hotel owned by the same group, few buildings away in the same street.
5. Seems this is back packers hotel.
6. Cannot recommend to decent couples or families.
