What a find ! We stayed here in Hanoi just briefly this time before our departure flight and I wish we'd used this hotel the previous week. Great value, amazing staff, comfortable beds, breakfast was surprisingly varied and fresh with Vietnamese and western options. Eggs were even cooked to order by a chef. Staff were super attentive without being over bearing. The perfect balance. We had stayed previously in the old quarter but I actually preferred this location as old quarter is just a few minutes walk away and we didnt have the noise and madness at nighttime. Again, the perfect balance. By the way there is a lovely little lively area very close to the hotels with bars, restaurants and great people watching spots. But zero noise pollution for sleeping And the AC doesn't power off when you remove your card. What a plus to come back to a cold room after a walk on the humid streets. Thank you to all the staff. If we come back we will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Junior suite room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was so convenient being close to train street and dining out options.

Great hotel, clean, super friendly staff, super breakfast. Very close to train street in old quarter. Rooms are very nice.
