We liked this hotel. Spacious and clean rooms and located in the city in a very central place from where you can walk around the center. Really great location, but there are some things to improve. The staff is not quite up to it, Breakfast not great and the moment some of the guests made one or two sandwiches at most, the waitresses scolded them in a bad way. Our room had a bathtub which to shower was really a big deal. Not even a little water at reception. To improve some things but I understand that the biggest problem is only organizational.

OMG, TERRIBLE place to stay, I highly recommend that you DO NOT stay here! Stayed in atleast 30hotels now in Hanoi, and this was the worst by far! It is a One Star, not 3 or 4! The pool was 1/3 empty and dirty! There NO roof top bar! Gym, poorly equiped. Room was dirty and the fridge NOISY! I can not believe that I choose to stay here, just crap.

Perfectly ok hotel in the middle of town. Clean and comfortable, but responsive, though not beyond what I've experienced before, though. Very wide bed! Service-minded staff, good location. The breakfast is ok, the gym consists of a couple of treadmills, a bicycle and a cross trainer. The bar was closed when I was there, not sure why. The cold? Communicate with the hotel via whats app or phone. They don't respond to emails and their contact form on the website doesn't work.
