Avoid at all costs, the photos are AI dont waste your time and money in this hotel at all. Mould all over the place, will get charged for drinks in the fridge but they wont tell you this till you leave, rude customer service, one off the receptionist said he hated working here and its the worst hotel in Hanoi the other one is rude and wont even tell you where your room is you have to find it. Booked for 10 days left after 2 days they dont do breakfast here is the room and the pictures off the mould.

Good hotel the first ten days... then hell: the last day yet booked and paid our room was emptied in our absence, our belongings mixed, dirty and rid in a dirty and unhealthy room two floors below, worthy of a prison universe with bars in the window and opposite on a wall and without light. I am not even talking about the feeling of rape of my companion in the search of her belongings and her privacy and the loss of various objects in the operation. A few hours from our flight home, being in a situation of vulnerability we did not dare to call the police, the scam seems to be to rent the same room twice.

Stayed here for 2 weeks as a base whist visiting Hanoi. From the second we arrived to the second we left, nothing was too much trouble. The room had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. There was plenty of choice at breakfast time and the coffee was delicious. Special shout out to Kim who was there from beginning to end and organised our trips, such a beautiful lady inside and out. Thank you for such an amazing experience
