Hanoi Calypso Hotel

It started off okay, check in process was fine and the hotel itself is nice. But there is horrible, awful loud construction going on at night. The manager said “it’s from 1-5pm” HAHAHA it’s actually until 1am every single night as the front desk guy just told us. I’m currently in a fight with the hotel trying to get a refund but this actually ruined the trip to Hanoi. I hated this hotel. Don’t stay here.

A nice,clean and comfortable hotel.Staff were very nice & helpful especially Johnny & Melissa.Rooms are spacious and bright and beds comfy. The breakfast offered is good with many options. While the hotel is in the Old Quarter,it is a little far from the main thoroughfare. However,the comfortable room in Calypso should make up for this 1 minus point.

Great hotel, you feel like home. Staff is really nice and will help you if you need anything. Breakfast is very good and prepared with attention. Really good location. I will definitely come back there when I will come back in Hanoi. Dounia
