Sandhills Beach Resort & Spa

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were here in the off-season in June. Very clean beach and quiet. The facility is very well maintained. The rooms were also very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. If you have any special requests, the staff really goes above and beyond to accommodate them. A Mr. Nong Tu (who was probably the restaurant and room manager) always took great care of us. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Good, very delicious food. Minor downside: no coffee machine for espresso, cappuccino, or latte, but of course, there is Vietnamese coffee! Oh yes, the gym is tiny and equipped with old, partly broken machines, but that wasn't important to us anyway. The spa is great. Even bookable spontaneously (1 hour wait time). All in all, top-notch, thumbs up! For the price, also: 5 stars

We were at Villa Del Sol for 20 days. Hotel like a piece of heaven. Who seeks peace and quiet is the best place. Cleans quality and daily, all requests are responded to and solved instantly, its beach, its beautiful swimming pool with sea view and palm trees. The grounds are well maintained, the poofs, the hammocks, the highs. Separately I want to mention the restaurant, breakfasts are delicious, varied, juices, fish, seafood, meat, coffee, soups, etc. Went to the restaurant for dinner, the manager of the Lanh restaurant - professional and friendly, speaks and understands English, even understands Russian. Lanh introduced us to Vietnamese food. She advised us on Vietnamese soup, lots of different ingredients and you cook everything right on the table, showed it, told it, helped it. Incredibly delicious and interesting. And seafood barbecues - portions are huge and very delicious. We went to different places, the restaurant in Villa Del Sol turned out to be the best, inside coolly decorated in natural style, all with elements of wood, dinner under the noise of the sea delicious dishes in a clean and beautiful place we really liked. My in-laws, husband and I stayed at this resort for 2 nights. The resort is a beachside property with a clean beach and a well-maintained garden close to the beach. They also have a small infinity pool adjoining the restaurant on level 1. The rooms are large and the bathroom was quite spacious too with a modern style. However, the rooms and the spa area had a strong smell as if they have been closed for many days. Also, the spa looked a bit run down. The breakfast was so-so with mostly local options, but taste-wise just okayish. We had dinner on one night at the restaurant. While the local dishes still tasted ok, western dishes like the pizza was not upto mark. The receptionist and the staff were friendly. Overall, our stay here was average.
