Catina Saigon

I stumbled upon the hotel by chance as I was going on a business trip and needed to be in the area. I looked at other hotels and this was the most reasonable. I booked online via one of the booking sites. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The receptionist I think her name is Hao (she worked on the evening shift on 20th November), she checked me in and also was there when I was checking out. The bellman Manh was also very attentive and helpful, he even recognises me as I was walking on the street passing by the hotel and open the door. The room was comfortable and spacious albeit no open window. The restaurant was also very good, you got to at least try the steak. It also located in a strategic area. The only downfall was the wifi (since I was on a business trip, I needed it to be working well and fast).

I always stay at the Catina Hotel when coming for business. The location is convenient and the service is always excellent. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating at any time of the day or night. The restaurant has excellent food and the breakfasts are tasty and vary each day. The restaurant staff always made sure that we were taken care of. Basically, it's a home away from home.

Stay there for 3 nights during my business trip. Location was good with restaurant and massage near by. The room was cleaned, bright and comfy except the wifi in my room wasnt that strong. Special thanks to the receptionist Ms Flower and Ms Ocean (direct translate from their name) both are eager to serve, friendly with smile in their face every time i saw them. Check in and out was also fast. Will go back again.
