Ha My 3 Hotel

Hotel service very bad, old room. Rceptionis wrongly charge and notify us last min. We found coackroch in the room. Unclean water heater. I will not recommended the hotek to other people.they didnt inform us that they gonna charge the mineral water. I have stay they 4 times and they didnt recognize me as a regular customer. Very frustrated.

Stayed here for a night. Everything was good at first. I had booked standard double room but they gave us deluxe maybe because it quite big room. Clean room & bathroom. Friendly staff and fast check in process. Location were great. Near to ben thanh market. Walk distance around 2minutes. Near to halal restaurant. But one day the housekeeping took my friend's clothes (in the dirty laundry basket & in wardrobe which is still clean folded clothes). Still make me confusing until now. Why they took the clean folded clothes for laundry? The clothes still in the wardrobe though.

You know what to expect when you pay for a cheap range hotel. But...the water in the shower was cold, the fridge was hot. The a/c was cold and strong even when you changed the settings. The breakfast was some undrinkable cook, inedible eggs and some toast. The maid even through away my new razor that was placed by the sink. One of the poorest places I've stayed in a long time.
