Tropicana Beach Resort & Spa

Terrible place to visit with agressive staff, lots of tricks to charge for extra money. Swear with the god, i will never comback this place, i’ve visited many beautiful resorts across vietnam, from normal one to luxury one but this place really impressed me with their terrible stuff/services. Finally, just a big NO for everyone having plan to visit this hell

What a waste of money and relax! This place ruined our staying, despite of a friendly staff, the conditions of our room and the hotel in general are NOT good as claimed. We had to change the first room assigned because of lots of water stain on the walls and a very bad mould smell. Assigned then to the “deluxe” we been asked to pay for the upgrade (ah ah ah) of course we refused then the manager finally approve it. Even this room had issues! Tons of mildew on the bath curtains, can’t believe it. This place need a general rework at least , my advice is to STAY OUT of this place.

I know I shouldn't expect too much with that price. It's just vnd1,500,000/room But I hope it will be better in next year after upgraded. We were not lucky because they are reparing right now. No spa, no water sports, less staffs (but the boy who works in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful) plus point just because of him. The pool is kind of small but clean. Breakfast was so terrible with alot of flies around.
