We were a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms Hotel is all over the place steps up and down everywhere and definitely not suited for anyone with a physical impairment Decor is very tired and dated The images of pool and pool bar do not resemble the actual facility Pool bar tiny with jacuzzi taking up most of it Towels in bathroom worn and discoloured Carpet in corridor is dreadfully out of date Oh and a lizard is in our room too what’s going on with this hotel Of all the beautiful hotels we stayed in this was the worse Breakfast was average A window in the bedroom is looking into a services area no light what so ever Bath/shower didn’t have anything sealed to prevent water spilling to level below !!! Housekeeping emptied bins and dropped in towels and never dressed the bed ! Really poor attention to detail Reception staff not friendly everything felt hurried Would not recommend and would not stay again very disappointed and will be informing our travel agent who booked it ‘

Welcome and complimentary vouchers: Already upon our arrival we were welcomed with extreme cordiality, but the real and pleasant surprise was the welcome package. They gave us a real booklet of complimentary coupons to use at the property: 2 30-minute massages in the hotel spa; 2 special combos to enjoy at the restaurant; 2 drinks/aperitifs during Happy Hour; A 10% discount on drinks, valid throughout the entire stay; A 20% discount on an additional extra massage of your choice. A welcome of this level is something very rare to find! Staff and attention to detail: The staff is nothing short of kind, always smiling and ready to anticipate every request. A detail that we appreciated very much is the care in the management of the room: on their own initiative and without having to ask for anything, the staff brought us additional water to the room every day to ensure that we never lacked anything. Rooms and cleanliness: The room was impeccable: always well cleaned, fragrant, quiet and equipped with every comfort to ensure a perfect rest after days spent exploring the city. Rooftop pool, Spa and services: The services offered are truly endless. The rooftop pool (infinity pool) is a little paradise: taking a dip with a view of the city skyline is a spectacular experience, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The Spa is another highlight: in addition to the gift vouchers, we tried the treatments and can confirm that the massages are simply exceptional, performed by highly qualified staff in a relaxing environment. Dining and breakfast: The hotel also excels on the food front: the buffet breakfast is very rich, with a wide choice between international options and traditional Vietnamese dishes prepared on the spot. We also had the opportunity to eat lunch/dinner from the restaurant menu and the quality of the dishes was always of a high standard. Location: Finally, the location is very convenient (in the heart of District 1): ideal for walking to the city's main points of interest such as the Ben Thanh Market, the Reunification Palace or the Cathedral, or for easily taking a taxi/Grab. In summary, a fantastic stay from every point of view, which made our trip to Vietnam even more special. Highly recommended to everyone, I would go back tomorrow!

Alagon Hotel conveniently located in district 1 , restaurants, shops, massages, and using GRAB app is great for car or motor bikes. The Alagon Hotel staff are fantastic, from the Front Door Valets - Tuyen, Front Desk - Tien, Housekeeping, and restaurant staff.....5 stars. Above and Beyond Expectations. No problems with referring friends and family to The Alagon Hotel.
