Try to read the negative reviews first. I feel like we got tricked with good reviews. Upon arrival there was an overwhelming smell of mothballs ( also in the dining room) Room: yeas looks great in the pictures but. Clean in visible areas only. Mega filthy windows. Cord cut off from one of the table lamps. Old tea bag in the kettle 😳. Stained chairs pads. Toilet/bathroom no ventilation, but it’s partially open into the living area/gross. Phone charges falling out of all power outlets. We wanted to leave but too tired to do that so stayed 2 nights. We met couple downstairs who did decide to leave as their room was not what they booked. The bed was clean at least. Good location but after 3 weeks in Vietnam I know this was the worse accommodation. Look elsewhere. The pictures of the rooms are lovely but the details are not.

A small family-run hotel in a very central location, offering personal service and genuinely helpful staff.

This family owned small hotel was exactly what we had hoped to find. It was in a great location, easy to walk to spots or cheap to grab a taxi to further away spots. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. Staff and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget that wants value for money.
