Hoang Lien Hotel

I rated 4 stars for price, location and service. We have stayed on two consecutive weekends and would return. We have looked around and you won't find much better if you looking for a budget hotel. We had one double and one single bed. Beds were clean and comfy, air con worked well on both occasions. Cold fridge in room. Service at reception was good. There is a salon below that we did not try. Location is great. Highland coffee across the street, Starbucks a few minutes walk away. A multitude of budget and high class eateries close by. A convenience store is just around the corner at the roundabout. A short 5 or 10 minute ride by Grab or taxi to the must see at night Nguyen Hue walking street. Don't expect the Hilton, but at $40 a night you wont do much better 👍

My experience was horrible. I misread the ad when I was looking for hotels. 3 star hotel puts down Room for $7.00. There was a disagreement, he did not speak another language. Did not get a room and they refused to reimburse me, nor tell me I could have another room which I would have been happy to pay. Bad point, lack of interest. He wasn’t happy to be woken. I went to see him this morning and the attitude was worse. His interest on the phone was more appealing. As I was walking out he waved his hand at me like saying get the hell out. I don’t know why the hotel hires people like him. No interest on customer relations. A 25 Hotel completely different.

this hotel is near ben than market around 30mins of walk. with buffet breakfast, you can select your choice, from noodles,rice, egg, vegetables with fruits and drinks as well. the girl in the counter is so accommodating. Note: just always lock your luggages and bag and bring your valuable things, even if you dont ask them to clean the room they will clean it.
