We had 4 nights in this „Hotel“ and except the location and new furniture in the room I don‘t have more positive aspects. The whole reception was under renovation, what was not the biggest problem for us. We asked before booking when they start working and it was told us from 8am to 5pm. In reality the noise started at 6am and it was still very noisy at 11pm! When I told them to please turn down the music on new years eve morning, they promised to turn the volume down what never happened. Regarding the room itself, it had new furniture and was clean. The bathroom was ok for HCMC but nothing special. The staff was very rude and except one person they didn‘t speak a understandable english. Maybe it‘s better when they finished the renovation but we didn‘t have a nice stay and don‘t recommend it.

We spent two nights in this hotel and except great location it's hard for us to find more pros of this place. We took room with air-conditioning and hot water, but airco barely worked and we didn't experienced hot or even warm shower. Next thing is, baggage lift is very noisy and they are using it even in late hours (23:30). WiFi was working very poorly. At the first evening of our stay, lady wanted us to pay in advance, but she didn't give us our passports what she promised to do next morning. There are so many better hotels in HCMC in the same price that I would not stay again in this place.

Just minutes from the main backpacker area (although down a little alley way so you can avoid the ultra loud dance music from the central strip) this lovely hotel has friendly members of staff and well equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. Good value as well!
