Old room, poor soundproofing, old towels, broken elevator at noon, smelly, poor room cleaning especially the WC, no place to park a motorbike in the evening. Price is high but quality is not worth it. Need to pay more attention to cleaning the room, investing in new fabrics, new facilities in the room

The location is great as it is in the old city- close to the Opera house and the Unification Palace and the parks. The personnel are not that useful. They are always on the computer screen and seemed not to care. We complained about the molds in the bathroom tiles and the curtain in the shower, but it was never addressed. The food is limited. There is an excellent person- he is a middle aged guy who helps with the luggages since one had to climb some steps to get to the lobby and there is no elevator from ground to the lobby. He is always helpful and smiling.
