Palace Hotel Saigon

Location was perfect but we upgraded to a premium room with balcony and bath. Dont waste your time upgrading. We didn't use bath ..mould everywhere and the balcony was filthy. Dove droppings everywhere, feathers everywhere and a horrible smell with was a dead decompsosing dove near the balcony. Breakfast was ok but waited for omelettes to be cooked the pho was their priority for other Asian guests. Next time will choose a 5 star hotel in same location.

From the moment I arrived, Hải Đăng welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check in process smooth, efficient, and stress free. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. What impressed me most was his positive attitude and willingness to assist. He made me feel welcome and valued as a guest, which truly reflects his dedication to customer service. I would also like to give special recognition to Ngọc Trâm at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in assisting me with arranging and checking into another room during my stay. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the process effortless and stress free. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and her excellent customer service left a lasting impression. I would also like to thank Tường Vy and Minh Tú at the front desk for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help at all times. In addition, Nguyên from the bellman team was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Together, they made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me feel at home. Employees like Hải Đăng, Ngọc Trâm, Tường Vy, Minh Tú, and Nguyên are a great asset to Palace Saigon Hotel. Thank you all for making my stay such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Staffing super nice. Noice all night, music so loud from the street you cannot sleep. Ear plugs needed. Food ok. Room ok. Shower water goes all the floor. Barely a 3 star hotel.
