This hotel now is called SaigonCiti Hotel A, Ho Chi Minh as I verified the address that matched with SaigonCiti Hotel A. No wonder I couldnt find this SaigonCiti Hotel A in tripadvisory. It is different than Saigon Citi Hotel and no longer called Dragon Palace nor "C". Pro: Strategic location. It is very near to the tourist areas, Ben Thanh, metro station, Bui Vien Street Kettle is provided to boil water with coffee provided Reasonable price for hotel room with free breakfast Breakfast variety is acceptable. Lift facility is provided Many tv channels up to more than 50. Receptionist can speak english well. Con: Hotel email was received to reconfirm my arrival time which hotel would release my room by 5pm if not confirmed. This caused uncomfortable feeling that my room was not secured booked although they already have the credit card information during booking via booking.com

Saigon Citi Hotel Cafe is very scammy taking advantage of tourists, the guy charging me double the menu price for a coffee after serving me the first ice cold, then serving me even worse one then having. the nerve to tell me I owe him double! Beware of this tourist trap

We checked in for two rooms on August 2022. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location, nearby so many restaurants and entertainment places. Very friendly and helpful staffs (they helped us during we stuck in the elevator too, because over weigh :D Good price with good breakfast. I highly recommend to you if you visit Ho Chi Minh, this place is very very good.
