Good welcome, top location, relative quiet (but for Ho Chi Minh it is very quiet), staff with little care. Breakfast (extra) a little fair. We were arranged to visit the Cu Chi tunnels and transfer to the bus stop. I recommend.

A simple budget 3 star hotel with optimum facilities. Very clean rooms. White linens Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The Location is bit out from the Ho Chi Ming City Centre. It is only 30 minutes drive to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Approximately 30 minutes using Grab from the airport, 158K Vietnamese dong (approximately 1000 yen). Convenient location to go anywhere along Le Thanh Ton Road. I stayed on the 6th floor in a superior queen room, which had a nice sunny view, a comfortable bed, a fixed shower with perfect temperature control and water pressure, and a pistol-type washlet. There are convenience stores, massage parlors, and various restaurants in the surrounding area. If you're just looking to sleep in a hotel, I recommend it as it's a good value for money and the staff are friendly.
