The White 3 Hotel

Beautiful and airy room, enthusiastic and friendly staff, an experience beyond expectations 10/10

I have anaphylactic allergies and added these to the booking notes in advance ready for the included breakfast. This was not communicated with the reception, kitchen or restaurant staff and they had no idea. All I could eat was fruit since everything was contaminated, using the same utensils- the lady did kindly wash the ones I needed for me but everything else didn’t look very hygienic. The room is not soundproof at all and we struggled to sleep, you can hear every single noise outside. The bathroom drains smell very bad and the shower door comes off the rails and therefore floods the bathroom if you’re not careful. The corridors smell of cigarette smoke and the stairwells are apparently storage facilities with tonnes of things being kept there, meaning all 8 floors can only use the lift. Not sure what we were meant to do if there’s a fire. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location.

Room not cleaned for new arrivals, a lot of clutter and trash in the hallway on the 3rd floor, hence the request for cancellation for the next 3 nights, unfortunately no refund from the hotel.
