Tuong Vy Hotel

A fantastic two-night stay! I was really impressed. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, service was consistently good, and the price felt very fair – particularly if you're splitting costs with others. The breakfast was a solid plus too.

A scam from start to finish. We were never meant to stay in this hotel. The hotel we had booked suddenly had no availability when we arrived, so sent us to another one of their hotels, we were assured it was a 3 star hotel and was very nice, the first lie. We arrived and were shown to a small room accessed by 2 lifts. We accepted with it being late at night and not many other options. Quickly once in the room we discovered little bugs all over the sheets. I immediately told the hotel who changed the sheets for me but that was it, bugs were discovered again the next night and we were finally moved to a bigger room. Which we then were told we had to pay more to stay another night there. Did not trust our things in the room had a really weird vibe. Absolute rip off and absolute scam hotel avoid at all costs.

We arrived after flying all night and wanted to rest. We went to our floor and could not get out of the elevator safely because workers had tools spread all over the floor in front of the elevator. We finally got into our room to find that the bed was as hard as concrete. A couple of minutes after lying down a worker began drilling the outside of our rooms wall with an extremely loud hammer drill. Our room was never serviced in the 3 days that we were there. On the first day we went to the front desk and complained 3 times in 2 hours that we need fresh towels which we finally got at 7pm at night. The next day no room service with a repeat of the previous day trying to get towels from the front counter. Do not try and get a warm shower after 9am because the hot water is gone. Breakfast had very little choice and was barely adequate. Do not try and contact reception because they never ever answer the phone. The bed absolutely destroyed out three nights at this hotel. Please do not be scammed. This hotel is a rating one.
