Kiman hotel is a lovely boutique hotel located in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away by taxi (a 6-seater golf cart! 😉) from the busy town center. It has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere which calms you 😌 after a hectic day of travel. The rooms are quite large with top to bottom windows. Our room had twin beds with clean, fresh-smelling bedsheets. It had a mini fridge and a safe. The bathroom was large and stacked with fresh, clean towels, a hair dryer, a pair of tooth brushes and the usual soap, and good-smelling shampoo and conditioner! The amenities include free breakfast, a pool, spa and massage, and fast and stable wi-fi. The best part is the staff: aside from being fluent in english, they were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming and really helpful. They made sure you were safe, (-it was raining 🌧️ and the short steps leading to the lobby were drenched) comfortable, and well taken cared of. On our early morning departure date, they prepared packed breakfasts for us and even contacted our tour provider when our airport transfer was late.

We stayed at the Kiman Hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam for four nights and it was lovely. All of the staff that we interacted with spoke very good English. A night clerk Quynn was always very pleasant went we went out and when we returned. She asked where we were going and gave us a couple good restaurants to go to. In our opinion she went above and beyond her duties. The ladies that prepare and serve breakfast were also very accommodating. Our room was spacious and always clean. We asked for 1 extra pillow and it was delivered in minutes. Twice as we were coming back it was raining and an older gentleman (security I think). Grabbed an umbrella and covered us as we headed in. We LOVED the location. About 10 - 15 minutes walking to the heart of old town. Which is great because when we went to bed we didn't hear anything. We found the bed very adequate.
