Edele Hotel Nha Trang

I want to leave a negative review about the hotel for the first time. Arrived on 23.08.2026 for the long-awaited vacation in Nha Trang, Vietnam, Edele Hotel 3*. They settled us right after arriving at 7 PM. When choosing, we relied on the hotel description, specifically the renovation in 2025, the location, and the presence of a window and balcony. We chose a room number in the senior deluxe with balcony category, and upon check-in, we were very surprised by the condition of the room. The room is on the 4th floor, the laminate at the entrance is puffed up and peeling, all the furniture is scuffed, the surface of the nightstand is scratched, as if everything has been used for 12 years (the hotel was built in 2014), nuts were cracked on this nightstand. The wardrobe for 2 guests has 5 clothes hangers and they are very worn out. And the wardrobe itself is some very ugly antique, creaky hinges, looks like the door might fall on you. Overall, the spectacle is not pleasing. But there are 2 large beds with good mattresses, which is definitely a plus, but the bed linen had stains; upon check-in, we took photos so that we wouldn't be accused later, as was written in the reviews. There are no robes in the room, and the slippers are not disposable slippers, but rubber sandals that apparently all guests before us wore. In the bathroom, we were met with nothing but negatives: there is little lighting, but even with such lighting, it is visible that the bathtub is "worn out by years," darkened, and peeling, the seams of the bathtub are blackened and moldy, the water from the showerhead flows well, but since the shower is old, the stream comes not only from the head but also from the hose. In general, after familiarizing ourselves with all the amenities, we went to the reception and asked them to change our room; in response, we were told that the night shift does not handle such issues and we would need to come between 8 am and 5 pm. We arrived at 8 with a request for a room change, but we were told that everything is according to our booking, meaning it is a Deluxe room and it's the best they can offer, it has a balcony and the category matches. At the meeting with the guide from Fan&San, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the room. Nuradin (the guide) went to the reception, but there was no result. We wrote to the Fan&San hotline on Nuradin's advice, and they sent a request to the hotel. The question is not yet resolved. It's a pity that you have to deal with such issues on vacation; if the photos and description matched what is actually there, we would have chosen a different hotel. Besides everything, I want to note the condition of the towels that are changed daily; they have yellowed from time and stains that won't come out, so I will probably have to buy my own towel from the store and use it, and the towel for my feet had a hole on the first day. I understand everything 3*, but this is beyond the limit, there should be sanitary standards. I should note that we are generally not very picky, but the conditions + the attitude of the administration forced us to write a review. We have been to different countries, but we have never seen such a discrepancy. Furthermore, this unsanitary condition is dangerous to health, and the administration is not meeting or refusing to resolve these issues. The reception employee, both with us and with the Fan&San representative, was very unfriendly, "snorted," and showed his dissatisfaction. In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Edele Hotel 3*!!!

There should be a window in the rooms, the gym is too small, as is the pool, but the staff is very helpful, and the hotel is well located.

Everything is OK with me, no problem.
