We stayed at Galaxy apartments for two nights and the stay was average. We requested early check as we were arriving early morning via sleeper bus but when we got there at 4.30am we were told our room wouldn’t be ready until 12pm meaning we had to find a nearby hotel until then. When we checked in, the original room was nothing like what we’d booked and had an unpleasant smell, however the staff were happy to move us. The next room was clean with everything we needed including a fridge. The view wasn’t great, overlooking a busy street and into people’s houses. The lady on reception was lovely and extremely helpful when we were booking onward travel. Average stay but the apartments are cheap and in a good location.

We stayed here for 1 night and was very happy with our stay! For the price we paid It’s everything you need, a clean room, with a clean bathroom! I must admit the entrance was pretty strange as it looks like a storage garage but once you go into the rooms they are very nice! It was very good value for money and it’s a good location, easy to get to the beach and loads surrounding you! The staff were all very friendly and even allowed us to do a late check out which cost around £4 until 6pm at late notice! Also the bed was HUGE! Really good haha!

The price was right, I'll admit that. Our first <$30AUD place had absolutely nothing going for it, the "reception" was a basement, just past where the scooters/bikes were parked. The desk was a Good Sammys reject and the "receptionist" was asleep on the full size bed 2 metres behind the desk. Fearing that worse was to follow, we enquired about getting a room on a higher floor, generally rooms get better the higher they go. "500,000 Dong you must pay for better room" the reception denizen shouted at us. She was clearly miffed we had booked online at a cheap price. To be fair, the room, windowless of course, was quite a modern spartan and felt secure, but claustrophobic it had in spades. We endured the two nights and a change of receptionist, minor improvement until check-out time. The new receptionist thought it ok to process our check-out between mouthfuls of hot food from the bed near reception and thought nothing of eating open mouthed as we exited as fast as we could. Could not possibly recommend this place on any level other than it seemed secure enough hence poor not horrible. Avoid this place.
