I stayed here twice in February 2026. (and many times before) I’ve written more extensive reviews of the hotel previously, but I must report on the attention to details provided at the Intercontinental Nha Trang. I like a particular view from my balcony and usually request a certain room for my stay. When I left the hotel for a short sojourn south expecting to return in three or four days, I requested the Director of Rooms, Ms. Thanh Tran, to give me that particular room when I return. She fielded my request and when I checked back in, I was able to enjoy my favorite view again. (same view, different floor) And my check-in was a few hours early with only about a five minute wait. Thank you Ms. Tran. Every year I return, I receive a nice welcome letter on thick stationery signed by the general manager, Mr. Tsuji, along with some really fancy cookies and candy. It’s a small touch but I like it. It shows the attention to detail of an excellent hotel. I don’t know how they all remember, but the bellhop and reception personnel say, “Welcome back,” even when I haven’t been there for a year. I don’t think I draw attention to myself by misbehaving. It’s probably the best hotel in downtown Nha Trang; the spotless modern building, the beautiful big lobby, the big pool, the polite and professional personnel, ocean view rooms with a balcony (some rooms just have a city view I think), the downtown location across from the beach. It’s a really good place. As Arnold says, “I’ll be back.”

Last minute booking but was very pleased we found this hotel. We had one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in - a one bedroom ocean suite on the 17th floor - enormous room with incredible views along the beachfront and around the bay. Even had a panoramic freestanding bath tub. Superb staff throughout the hotel - especially on the club floor - which made the stay. Great location right in the middle of Nha Trang. I’d take this hotel over a secluded beach resort out of the city any day.

I stay for 4days 3 nights with my family. In the Ocean bed room plus Club access and I got the best experience ever in the club by NGA staff who taking well and understand how is the good service to my family and also including in other departments as well. If you looking for the Best hotel hood service please don’t forget to try Intercontinental Nha Trang Hotel.
