Nha Trang Beach Hotel

Had a horrible experience here.. we arrived town with night bus, and then the doors were locked, even tho we made sure when booking that the reception was open 24/7. We tried to wake up the night swift that we saw was sleeping inside, without luck. Finally when someone was checking out they would let us in. We had to wait a long time, because of the receptionist couldn’t find the passport to the ppl checking out. Not a great first impression. We’ve been traveling in Vietnam for a month, everywhere we’ve checked in early after taking the night bus for a small fee, that is not possible here, that’s important to know for all of you taking the night bus. So we had to wait for 10 hours before check in. We asked if we could pay for early check in, but the earliest was 4 hours before for 1 million dong. That’s ten times more than the other hotels we’ve been at. Rude staff, not the service you are paying for on a holiday.

Dirty rat hall with stupid management. Have booked hotel for 2 weeks, decided to check out after 2 days. Pillows stinks, room are dirty, hot water not working. The management do not allow guests to the Hotel during day time (thou she asked to pay her $5 so she close her eyes)...
