Regalia Nha Trang Hotel

Hello. We stayed at this hotel in August 2026. Service on a 3: the linen may not be clean, the duvet covers are shabby (a hole where the blanket is inserted or does not close (no ties or Velcro, everything is clogged with hair and threads) or larger than the blanket), they never changed our linen so that the duvet cover would hold the blanket properly (the blanket constantly slips down). Upon checking into the room, the ventilation in the bathroom was not working; the service staff does not pay attention to malfunctions. I brought this problem to the reception, and after my request to fix the fan, it was repaired. When entering the room, a promotional video about the hotel plays on the TV, showing pool loungers covered with clean, white covers (pillows), and guests are happy and satisfied, but in reality, the loungers' cushions are long overdue for replacement (the foam smells of mold and sweat). The pool is open from 06:00, but pool towels are only available from 12:00. According to the pool visiting rules, you need to take a shower (the shower hadn't worked for 12 days during the two-week vacation) until one fine day I accidentally saw a service engineer (who was inspecting the pool equipment) and showed him the broken faucet in the shower, and they fixed it the next day. The room smelled of sewage, it was fixed after contacting the reception. There is a gap seal missing between the bathtub and the wall in the bathroom, due to which water flows onto the floor after taking a shower (it is clear that there is a drain opening on the floor for this water), but you could also slip, fall, and accidentally break something. It gives the impression that the hotel staff (owner) has no desire to do anything, and they only do it if guests point out malfunctions. In the hall, above the reception desk, "magnificently" are placed CROWN and FIVE stars (everything for the client, bring your money)! The balconies in the rooms are very small, you can only stand in two, and you can't even put a chair. To summarize: people are certainly all different, I won't say I am too picky, but the shortcomings I described, in my opinion, should be eliminated by the hotel staff without mentioning the guests. The hotel has room for improvement, but next time I will definitely choose another hotel. Thank you.

Hotel 5 out of 10 points. We lived on the third floor. The bathroom smelled like a 24-by-7 sewer. The noise is just not real. The dining room is on the 2nd floor and when breakfast starts at 6am it is no longer possible to sleep. The noise of moving chairs is just not real. The room was originally supposed to have a balcony. But a 30×40cm balcony is hard to call. There's nowhere to dry things, very uncomfortable. And the worst horror was expected on the beach where they gave out towels for the beach, these towels are not washed, the workers just dry them there, hang them on an abandoned fountain and then give them to other tourists. We were just shocked by this!!! Wash your feet from the sand on the beach is allowed only tourists who took paid lozenges.

Correct performance without more. Cold welcome, staff at reception and breakfast does not say hello, no smile. Room: Small bathroom, no floor to store toiletries. End of roll of toilet paper and none in advance. We were charged 270,000 dongs for the soap bottle that fell in the shower and broke. I've never seen it anywhere else and certainly not in a 4* hotel.
