Ruby Hotel

We loved it. Hotel clean, daily cleaning wet, change of towels. Breakfasts are pretty good, fresh, no frills. The beach is very close, a clean, beautiful park. The water is clean, bathed daily. Shops nearby (for broadband - food and summer things-cheaper than in the center) to the center 1.7 km somewhere. We walked almost always, rarely by bus (nearby). It's just that we're traveling young retirees, walking very fast, useful. There was a daily walk in the center. In 30 minutes. We got a suite unexpectedly, on the 6th floor. From the corner window you can see a piece of beach and a beach strip. In the room, of course, it's not clear why the "sauna cabin"-not connected and the "jacuzzi-only took up space. And so the room is big, the bathroom and shower are all good. There was a kettle, but the sockets are only above the bed. But we were confused only on the 1st day, then there were many excursions and experiences. The reception and service are convenient to communicate with through the interpreter in the phone. Lived in a room on the 4th floor (405) with a view of the sea window. If you open a window, it's quite noisy, especially in the evening and at night. Down the street, you can hear the car signals all the time. The room is shabby, there are stains on the walls that look like they're wiping their hands. There's water running from under the bathtub in the bathroom. The air conditioning in the room was in fan mode, absolutely not cooled, although the temperature is set at 17°. Addressed the staff, shrugged. The room was cleaned daily, but the linen was changed only once in 12 days. After cleaning, they often forget to close the room door, come from the beach, and the room is open. There are little red ants crawling in the room, I hope I didn't bring them home. At the time of entry, they demand to leave a deposit of VND 500,000. Upon leaving the room, they charged a fine of VND 100,000 for two small spots on the bed linen. They explained that such linen was made by the staff, nodding their heads in response and demanding money. Also tried to make them pay for some mint dredges in the room that didn't exist. When they saw my astonished face, they changed their minds. But a stain on the laundry got ripped off. In general the hotel is dirty, the staff is frown, unresponsive, problems do not want to solve absolutely. It doesn't pull 3 stars at all. Not recommended.

Everything was tolerable until the guy at the front desk billed us $25 for a pillowcase, the pillowcase was painted with a few dots after the wet head, when he left the room, which had a broken TV and leaky toilet. And they don't change pastel. When he was given $100 because there was no other money, he claimed there was no change. I had to leave the whole situation like this, as a bus transfer to the airport came for us. It feels like they're doing this to a lot of people... you have to tell what's wrong with the room when you move in. Otherwise, you could get deducted for a broken TV or toilet or...
