Tuyet Mai 2 Hotel

We arrived off of the night bus around 5am and when we got off the bus, there were only 'scooter taxis'. They took us to the hotel and robbed us outside - clearly this happens all the time. There was also a second man waiting for our scooter man opposite the hotel to add extra intimidation. We went into the hotel I was obviously distressed after just being robbed. The hotel staff did not even say hello, they just pointed at a sign to say check in at 2. The bathroom sink leaked and the bathrooms desperately need updating. The bedroom was not too bad, but compared to what we had been paying for, for the same price in Vietnam, it did not even come close to the standard we had experienced in other hotels. The staff were so unfriendly, when you passed the front desk they never smile or even acknowledge you. When I checked out I said thank you and smiled and received no reply. No 'thank you for your stay' - nothing. Definitely our most disappointing stay in Vietnam. Poor customer service. I would not stay here again, especially when there are other options for the same price.

We stayed here three nights, and the man at the front desk sexually harassed my close friend. There were four of us staying here, three girls and one of the girls boyfriends. On the last night we left the hotel to drop another friend off at her hotel and the girl with the boyfriend stayed at the front to have a cigarette. We had her key so she had no choice but to wait or ask the receptionist if they could let her in. When she asked, he persisted that she go in the room behind the desk with him and kept grabbing her. She kept pushing him off saying her boyfriend was going to be back in a second. He wasn't extremely aggressive but very persistent, to get away she had to leave the hotel and waited for us to return. I've never seen her so distressed. If this had happened to some one as small as me, this situation could have been a lot worse. In the morning we told the owner. Tried to calmly explain the situation so it never happens again. Her persona was very rude after this. We suggested she look at the video surveillance, she opened it, asked for the time (we said from 10-11pm). She opened it and had it playing, did not look at it once. After 2 minutes of it playing she was more concerned with how long the last guest was going to be as we only had 5 minutes until checkout.

I always do my reservation on Booking.com and never I have problems but 2 days before my reservation I go there to see if everything's is ok... The fist thing is relay bad is the welcome from the desk office. When I say I here to check if they received my reservation, she said no and after I show my reservation number, she said, she doesn't have place for me....That's Hotel are not serious...Please make your reservation to a other place believe me....
