Tuyet Mai Hotel

+ Nice smiley guy at the reception, central location near the beach. - Awful rude lady at the reception, extra fees for every single service (even water in the room!), horrible smell in the room, below-average cleaning, music from the Russian restaurant in front the reception until 11pm, very poor breakfast, the staff speaks very restricted English except when it comes to extra fees. Globally, rather cheap but very bad!

3 guys traveling so we need a 3 bed room. Room had AC and WiFi. Staff didn’t speak much English but we got by without any issues. Location is very close to the beach and as well as bars and restaurants. There’s a restaurant operating in front of the hotel that’s a Separate business so it was a bit confusing on who ran what. Good & cheap.

Room was very dirty that includes the walls and unfortunately the bedding which was covered in bugs! Double booked rooms, staff spoke little English so was difficult to resolve this issue swiftly. Food was ok but orders were wrong.
