Violet Hotel

We thought this all a bit strange. No credit cards accepted to pay our hotel bill after two nights here. The beds were rock hard, and the shower flooded the bathroom. (Drainage insufficient I guess). The only thing we really liked was the view from the 8th floor dining room and the pool was a better option than the beach in our opinion. We had it to ourselves. We had a twin share room not very high up, so I don't know much about other rooms. Breakfast room staff were sweet and kind, but little or no English spoken here. Very difficult to obtain any information. If you are in Nha Trang, try to visit the Central Shopping Centre food court where there is a fabulous view of the bay from the full glass windows.

We had initially booked this hotel for 3 nights , upon arriving we were not given a welcome drink nor nothing . After entering our room we noticed this was an old run down hotel , the room had an old box type TV may be 6 to 8 years old the bed was not good the mattress was all worn out and was hurting the back . This hotel is not worth one star , the same night we decided to leave this hotel for summer hotel with is better for a less price

We spend two nights in the Violet Hotel and were extremely disappointed. The staff were rude, the rooms were rundown and the wifi didn't work. We travelled the length of Vietnam and this was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in and by far the worst. I would highly recommend travellers look elsewhere.
