Tropicana Resort

Nice bungalows and beautiful garden setting. Beds were comfortable. Right on the beach. The beach is small and would be quite busy if the hotel was full. Good location to many restaurants and bars. Quiet resort with breakfast buffet that was ok. Beach bar offered good drinks. No bar or restaurant on site after sunset. The bathroom often smelled like sewer gas and it has some bug issues. The night person refused to give me 2 extra pillows and said I had to wait until the next day and talk to house keeping. Frustrating but still a decent stay.

Tropicana Resort Phu Quoc. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great staff. Homely atmosphere. Good hotel for the money. Territory. Small, very cozy and beautiful. In fact, the territory is a well-kept tropical garden. Normal pool, near which you can always find free sunbeds. Private beach with fine sand. The sea is clean, the entrance is gentle. Rooms. Correspond to the category of 3-4 stars. There is everything you need, including a minibar and tea accessories. The rooms have large balconies. I recommend the Deluxe room. We had it with a stunning view of the Gulf of Thailand. Good Wi-Fi. There are rooms in the main building and in the bungalows located along the path to the beach. Breakfast. Normal. You will not go hungry. There are several hot dishes, vegetables, cereal, milk, fruits. You can order fried eggs or an omelet. The coffee, like everywhere in Vietnam, is fantastic (very tasty). Staff. Very friendly and sociable. Always ready to help, give advice. I would like to especially mention Mr. Quang Nguyen (and his wife) and Ms. Dung Le, to whom I would like to express my personal thanks. I will say it again. One of the main advantages of the Tropicana Hotel is its ideal location: on the one hand it is on the beach, and on the other hand all the civilization (cafes, restaurants, shops, laundry...) is literally 100 meters away from the hotel.

Not enough deckchairs!!! Customers put down their towels early in the morning to reserve!! Intolerable ! The room was very poorly cleaned! Very disappointed, I strongly advise against this hotel! The deckchairs are old, not enough! The breakfast is good. But the beach is not well developed
