I booked this hotel due to it proximity to the railway station. Even before arriving, I got bad vibes. The hotel's Sales Executive Trần Hải Nam (Mr.) treated me as a legal treat, Saying:"Any arrangements, agreements, services, or issues arising from your dealings with him will be entirely independent of and unrelated to Muong Thanh Vinh Hotel." Nice welcome. The room was OK with two beds as ordered. Clean and neat. The housekeeping did their job. The breakfast was acceptable the first day, The second day we arrive late at 0830 for breakfast. Then there were no drinks at all, no fruits, no yoghurts, hardly any bread and a standard chicken soup boiled on fatty chicken skins. To me, the management are greedy, skimps on everything. Our train left at 1400. We asked to stay till 1300 hours. We could stay till 1230 the reception told us. After that it would cost some $8.- per half hour. This hotel cannot be recommended unless you HAVE to stay next to the railway station.

I had a wonderful experience at Muong Thanh Thanh Nien Hotel. During my stay, I accidentally left my backpack at the reception, and the front desk team were incredibly helpful and attentive. They kept it safe, contacted me promptly, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. The hotel itself offers great value for money — clean rooms, good facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I truly appreciate the excellent service and thoughtful support from the staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable stay!

The service is excellent, the staff speaks very good English, they will do everything in their power to accommodate. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, smells good. This hotel is very well situated, walking distance from many restaurants and stores.
