The rooms were large with very comfortable beds and fantastic air conditioning. The WiFi and Tv channel list was fairly good. However, the decor is extremely outdated especially in the bathroom. The bathroom was fairly clean but was small and had poor gloomy lighting . The shower pressure was average and took a while to adjust to a good temperature. The main problem was the noise. There is an extensive strip of clubs and bars across the road which is good if you want to go out. However, the music from one club is extremely loud (EXTREMELY LOUD). Therefore I would recommend you to stay in your room if you want to party as the music is at an ideal level. I could feel the bass vibrate the room and transition through my body as I lay in my bed. I was woken up at 5:30 with housekeeping ringing my doorbell to provide me with some toilet roll? Despite all of this I enjoyed my stay.

Entered this hotel thinking it looked very nice and was presented well outside and in the reception area, went into the rooms which were not cleaned properly, not equipped and smelt damp and old. You also have to pay for each time you enter the pool which is ridiculous as you are paying for a room! The view from the hotel is lovely but if you try to shut the balcony door whilst out there it will lock you out, and then whilst inside the balcony doors have huge gaps in and don't even close properly (so yep there will be bugs and you can hear everything outside). We went for a meal and came back to the room and our whole room was vibrating and sounded like we were literally sat in a club as the music from opposite was so loud. Will never recommend this.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff who don't speak very limited English and they don't smile. Hotel looks ok from entrance and foyer but rest is very old. Room was awful, smelt of cigarettes and musty old furnishings, unsafe electrical appliances. Breakfast was catered for those that like rice dishes. They show pictures in their brochure in foyer of a pool and when asked where it was they sort of explained that it was in hotel next door and would cost $100,000 dong each time you wanted to use it. Will never go again. We changed hotels next day to the Sai Gon Halong Hotel which was awesome
