We have stayed 2 nights at this hotel last year We got the nice room, with the view to the colourful bridge. Price is reasonable with 30$ per night, breakfast is okay The staff is friendly, show us the way to go to habour for ha Long bay tour

We booked through Trip Advisor and paid $52 AUD including the booking fee. Bath about grotty but everything else was fine. Nice views from balcony on 9th floor so we sat and looked at the cable car, Sun Wheel and boats for a while. Staff were accomodating and even had breakfast ready for us at 5am. A huge selection of fruit, noodles, etc. bland tasting but might suit others.

The hotel is situated right across the Halong Bay with a great view offer for the room facing its front. The room is spacious and full of facilities. Bathroom is clean with strong water system. And even though wifi signal is so poor (from the room, but usable at the lobby), the price is just right.
