My partner and I stayed here after a couple nights in Saigon and I have to say we were delighted with the service we received here!
When my partner and I arrived we found out we had paid for a triple room instead of just a regular room, as the receptionist could see it was just the two of us she offered us the VIP room, which we accepted and very much appreciated!
We had both also been quite ill the day we arrived and we really needed to arrange some medication and a doctor visit. One of the men who worked in reception escorted us to the pharmacy and ensured we got the correct medication.
When we arrived at breakfast the next morning we had a note left for us who had the contact details for a hospital and a doctor who would come to the hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay here and found the staff super friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and well looked after with cute decor and very well priced! I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who was visiting da nang!
