Tran Ly Hotel

Totally disorganised, not a warm welcoming, rude staff. We ordered the basic food : fries, a soup, and some squid. Everything arrived at a different pace, first the fries then the soup ( horrible ) and after 45 minutes of waiting, the squid. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant. You may think it’s a nice restaurant because of the « nice decoration » but it is the only nice thing about this place.

Anne and Tram were both very warm/kind and helpful during our stay! Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at Tran Ly during their visit to Hue. We were waiting for our mini bus to arrive and Tram was kind enough to call the company for us, as we were worried maybe they had forgotten us. Anne also helped us a lot with setting us up with a motorbike and giving us insight to the sights we wanted to go see. You’re in great hands if you stay here!

We were told at time of booking that there was no lift so the climb with suitcases up 5 floors was no surprise and did not spoil our stay at this wonderfully quaint old hotel which is in a great location for bars and restaurants. All staff spoke English and were very helpful, breakfast was plain but tasty.
