This hotel has been my best stay in Vietnam so far.
The jacuzzi and spa are so relaxing and the rooms are very comfy. The breakfast is also very nice with both occidental and local options. It's also very well located with local shops nearby to taste true Vietnam but also many bars and restaurants by a 3mn walk.
But the best part of my stay was how I felt cared about by the staff, they always checked if everything was okay and went out of their way to make my stay amazing, recommending great tours, great places in the city, helping booking transportation, etc.
Especially Ms Linh (Linda) who was a charm
I'd 100% recommend this hotel, the value for price was outstanding!!
