• Round-trip economy class airfare including all airport taxes as per the tour itinerary above (group tickets cannot be upgraded and must be used for the round-trip journey with the group ticket; dates cannot be changed).

• Accommodation in rooms for 2-3 people at the hotels specified in the itinerary or similar level hotels.

- If there are no TRP (3-person) rooms available on the day of arrival at the hotel, it may be necessary to split into 2 rooms (additional charges apply for single room supplement). If a TWIN BED room (2 single beds) is unavailable or fully booked at the hotel, the company reserves the right to replace it with a DOUBLE BED room without prior notice. Or, if a DOUBLE BED room (1 large bed) is unavailable or fully booked at the hotel, the company reserves the right to replace it with a TWIN BED room without prior notice.

- If there is a holiday or fair in the city specified in the program, the company reserves the right to arrange accommodation in a nearby city instead.

• Meals, entrance fees, and all transportation costs as specified in the tour itinerary above. Company staff will provide assistance throughout the trip.

• Vietjet Air (VZ) baggage allowance is 20 kg for checked baggage and 7 kg for carry-on baggage. Aircraft damage insurance is also included according to the terms and conditions of each airline. Excess baggage charges will apply as determined by the airline.

• Accident insurance with coverage of 1,000,000 THB and medical expenses as per the terms and conditions of the insurance company. This is subject to the limitations agreed upon with the insurance company. In all cases, receipts and medical certificates from relevant authorities are required. This condition does not cover pre-existing conditions, loss of personal property, and does not include health insurance. You can purchase additional health insurance from any general insurance company.

• Airport taxes and fuel surcharges as per the tour itinerary.

• Air-conditioned transportation with driver as specified in the itinerary (drivers are not permitted to work more than 12 hours/day by law).

• Includes 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax (service fee only).

• Costs for Thai passports and other foreign documents.

• Other expenses not listed, such as food, drinks, laundry, telephone calls, etc.

• All taxes calculated from the service amount, travel tax (if applicable).

• Fuel surcharge levied by the airline after the company has issued the air tickets and sold the tour package.

• Porter service at the hotel.

• Individual visa fees (if applicable).

• Tips for the guide and driver on the first day at the airport are 2,000 baht per person.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Refund of tour fee minus actual expenses incurred.

• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the amount paid by the customer will be forfeited, plus actual expenses incurred (if any).

• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: Full refund of the amount paid.

- In case of tour cancellation due to reasons not attributable to the tour company: Refund of tour fee minus actual expenses incurred (if any).

- Actual expenses include: airline ticket deposits, hotel fees, visa fees, and other necessary expenses.

• For tours booked during public holidays, national holidays, or long weekends, if a cancellation occurs, the company reserves the right to retain the entire tour fee without any conditions whatsoever.

Please read all details carefully before making a reservation to ensure accuracy and mutual understanding between you and the company. Once you have paid the deposit or the full tour price to the company, the company will consider that you have accepted all the terms and conditions.

• The company reserves the right to postpone the trip or adjust the service price if there are fewer than 15 participants.

• Tour prices are for Thai citizens holding a Thai passport (maroon cover) only.

• The company reserves the right to collect additional fuel surcharges and airport taxes if the airline increases them before the departure date.

• The company reserves the right to change flights without prior notice due to various reasons.

• The company will not be liable for any delays caused by airlines, flight cancellations, protests, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or the carrying of illegal items, which are beyond the company's responsibility.

• The company will not be liable for any loss of belongings due to your negligence, theft, or accidents caused by the tourist's own negligence.

• Once you have paid the deposit or the full tour price to the company, the company will consider that you have accepted all the terms and conditions.

• This itinerary is subject to confirmation by the company after the hotel accommodations abroad have been reserved. The hotels will be of a similar standard, subject to change from what is specified in the program.

• Room allocation is at the discretion of the hotel, with smoking/non-smoking rooms available. Room changes may be requested by guests, subject to hotel availability, and cannot be guaranteed.

• If travelers require special assistance, such as wheelchair use, please inform the company at least 14 days prior to departure. Otherwise, the company cannot make arrangements in advance.

• Tour guides, staff, and agents of the organizer are not authorized to make any promises on behalf of the organizer unless there is a document signed by an authorized representative of the organizer.

• The organizer will not be responsible for and cannot refund any expenses in the event that a traveler is denied entry or exit at immigration or labor departments of any country on the tour itinerary due to illegal activities, attempted illegal entry/exit, incorrect travel documents, or other reasons.
