Shaolin Temple – Kung Fu Pagoda Forest – Longmen Grottoes – Travel to Huashan

Travel to Shaolin Temple, located in Zhengzhou City and not far from Luoyang City. It was built more than 1,500 years ago, in 495 AD during the reign of Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty, to be a place for ‘Pa Tuo’ or ‘Phra Bhadrathera’ from India to spread Buddhism. And another 32 years later, an Indian monk named ‘Ta Mo’ or ‘Phra Bodhidharma Tamo Bhikkhu’ or as Thai people know him as ‘Tak Mo’ walked to Shaolin Temple and went to live in a cave and meditated for more than 9 years, which became the starting point of spreading the Dhyana sect.
Take you to the Pagoda Forest or Ta Lin, see more than 200 pagodas which are the place where the ashes of the 248 former abbots of Shaolin Temple are enshrined. Each pagoda has an odd number of pagoda levels from 1-7 levels, round and square with 4-6 sides, different according to the fame and success of each monk.
Then take you to see an exciting Kung Fu performance, which is a performance that has been passed down from Kung Fu lessons and is displayed for tourists to watch at the Kung Fu training school near Shaolin Temple.

It is one of the three large stone caves carved in China and is a World Cultural Heritage Site in 2000. It is one of the most important Buddhist sites in China. The construction of this Buddhist grotto, influenced by India and Central Asia, is about 1,500 years old. It was built around 494 AD during the Northern Wei Dynasty and continued to be built until the Tang Dynasty. It took more than 400 years to build and renovate. Currently, there are still more than 2,100 carved caves, 2,345 altar niches, more than 3,600 Chinese inscriptions and notes, as well as more than 50 Buddhist pagodas and more than 100,000 carved Buddha statues, the largest of which is 17 meters tall and the smallest is only 2 centimeters.

Terracotta Army of Qin Shi Huang – Hedong Night Pedestrian Street – Travel to Yuncheng

This mausoleum is located at the foot of Lishan Mountain. During the excavation, they accidentally found the remains of Terracotta Army, which are more than 2,000 years old. Currently, the Chinese government has excavated more than 7,400 pieces of Terracotta Army relics, weapons, chariots and war horses in the area of ​​the tomb of more than 25,000 square meters. It is estimated that the area of ​​the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang will be more than 2,180 square kilometers. The Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang was also selected as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987.

Guan Yu Shrine - Airport - Bangkok Suvarnabhumi ZH281 (12.50-16.10)

Visit Guan Yu Shrine, located in the south of Luoyang City. Inside is a statue of Guan Yu, a great general during the Three Kingdoms period (220-265 AD), who was known as a great god of loyalty, bravery and virtue.
