• Cancellation of travel with groups traveling during holiday seasons, such as New Year, Songkran, etc. Some airlines guarantee seat deposits with the airline and accommodation deposits, including special flights such as CHARTER FLIGHT, will not refund the deposit or the entire tour cost that has been paid, regardless of the cancellation reason.

• In the event that there is a reason to cancel the trip that the company advertises, which is not the company's fault, the company is willing to refund the service fee that the customer has paid in full, but must be no less than 30 days before the trip. Please read the message carefully before booking a tour every time for your own benefit.

• In the event that the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok and abroad refuses to allow departure or entry into the specified country In the travel program, the company reserves the right not to refund the tour fee in any case.

• The company operates a tourism business only. We do not support customers to travel to the country illegally. The immigration process depends on the discretion of the officer only. All customers must go through immigration by themselves. The tour guide cannot provide any assistance.

• When you travel with the group, if you cancel any service or do not travel with the group, it is considered that you waive your rights. You cannot claim the service fee and deposit back in any case.

• Please check your PASSPORT: Please bring your passport on the day of travel. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months or 180 days before the trip and must have at least 6 pages.

Note: For travelers who are under 18 years old and not traveling with their parents, a letter of consent for the child to travel abroad from the father or mother must be attached.

• Each trip must have at least 10 passengers. If the number of passengers is less than this, the company reserves the right to change the price or cancel the trip.

Because the airline may change the flight or flight time without prior notice. The company will not be responsible in any case. • Payment of service fees

- Please pay the full tour price if the tour price is less than 10,000 baht.

- Please pay the remaining tour price 30 days before departure. **45 days before departure for Songkran and New Year periods**

- In the event that the travel date is less than 21 days or the tour price is a promotional tour, the full tour price must be paid.

• In the event that travelers require special assistance, such as requesting a wheelchair at the airport, please inform the company at least 7 days before the trip or from the time you book the tour. Otherwise, the company cannot arrange in advance. The company reserves the right to collect the actual expenses incurred from the travelers (if any).

• In the event that an official passport (blue book) is used to travel for tourism with a tour group If you are denied entry or exit from any country, the company reserves the right not to refund the tour fee and will not be held liable in any way.
