Round-trip economy class airfare, including all airport taxes as specified in the tour program, and 20 kg checked baggage allowance per person (limited to 1 piece per person as permitted by the airline).

Accommodation at standard hotels as specified in the tour program.

•    Single travelers will be provided with a single room (Double Bed or Twin Bed). A single supplement will apply in accordance with the tour conditions.

•    For two travelers, a Twin Bed room will be arranged. Should a Double Bed room be required, please inform the sales staff prior to departure.

•    For three travelers, a Triple Room (three beds) or a room with two standard beds plus one extra rollaway bed will be arranged.

Entrance fees to attractions as specified in the tour program.

Expenses for local guides, tour leader, and driver (e.g., airfare, accommodation, meals, allowances, etc.), excluding gratuities.

Meals and beverages as specified in the tour program.

•    For China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan programs, meals will be arranged as buffet or Chinese set menu. For Chinese set menus, seating will be 7–11 persons per table, depending on group size. Some restaurants may not be able to accommodate special dietary requests (e.g., vegetarian or vegan). No refund will be provided for any unused meals under any circumstances.

Transportation as specified in the program, such as tour coach services, boat rides, or train tickets (only where indicated).

Travel accident insurance coverage during the trip, with a maximum coverage of THB 1,000,000 per person and medical expenses due to accidents up to THB 500,000 per person, subject to policy terms and conditions. (Note: This policy does not cover general health insurance. Additional health coverage may be purchased separately from an insurance company.)

Excess baggage charges beyond the airline’s permitted allowance.

Fees for passport application and alien registration documents.

Personal expenses not specified in the tour program, such as additional food and beverages ordered independently, telephone charges, internet fees, laundry, medication, medical treatment, etc.

Re-entry permit fees for foreign passport holders.

7% Value Added Tax (VAT) and 3% withholding tax (applicable if a tax invoice is required).

Gratuities for the guide, driver, and tour leader (children are charged at the same rate as adults).

Cancellation at least 30 days prior to departure: Full refund of the tour fee, or the amount paid to the Company, less any actual expenses incurred for travel preparations (e.g., airline ticket deposits, overseas land arrangement fees).

Cancellation 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% refund of the tour fee, or 50% of the amount paid to the Company, less any actual expenses incurred for travel preparations (e.g., airline ticket deposits, overseas land arrangement fees).

Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure: No refund of any payments made to the Company.

Cancellation or postponement during peak or festive periods: No refund in all cases (e.g., New Year, Songkran, and long public holidays). The Company is required to make full advance payments to airlines and overseas hotels to guarantee seats and accommodations during such periods.

Charter flights (Special flights): No refund in all cases. As charter flights require stricter advance deposits than scheduled flights, the Company reserves the right to withhold any deposits or full tour payments made.

Immigration refusal: No refund in all cases. If Thai or foreign immigration authorities deny entry or exit, the Company reserves the right not to refund the tour fee under any circumstances. The Company operates solely as a travel service provider and does not support illegal entry into or exit from Japan, Korea, China, or Hong Kong. All travelers must pass through immigration control independently. The tour leader and guides cannot provide assistance or guarantees in such matters.

The Company reserves the right to amend any part of this tour program due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from airlines, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond its control, including any direct or indirect additional expenses such as illness, injury, assault, loss, delay, or accidents.

Should a traveler withdraw before the completion of the tour program, it shall be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of rights, and no refund of any paid service fees will be made under any circumstances.

The Company shall not be responsible for any refusal of departure from or entry into any country due to illegal items, invalid travel documents, or any other reasons.

This tour program is a proposal subject to final confirmation by the Company upon confirmation of seats by the airline and accommodation by overseas hotels. The itinerary may be adjusted as deemed appropriate.

Tour guides, staff, and agents of the Company are not authorized to make any commitments on behalf of the Company unless supported by a written document signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

If certain attractions specified in the program cannot be visited due to natural causes, delays, or airline-related issues, no refund shall be provided. The Company reserves the right to arrange alternative attractions without prior notice.

Once the tour has commenced, any unused services or separation from the group shall be considered a forfeiture of rights. No refund of service fees or deposits will be granted under any circumstances.

If customers purchase domestic coach or flight tickets in advance, they must contact the Company to confirm whether the group departure is guaranteed. Otherwise, the Company shall not be responsible for any incurred expenses.
