• Accident insurance coverage of 1,000,000 baht (subject to policy terms and conditions)

• Travel insurance terms and conditions: Accident insurance and medical expenses coverage only applies to accidents occurring during the trip.

• Coverage does not include loss of personal property, pre-existing medical conditions of the traveler, and is only valid for round-trip travelers. (Group travel only)

• Thai passport fees and fees for foreign passport holders.

• Excess baggage charges if exceeding the airline's limit of 20 kg per person.

• Personal expenses such as extra food and drinks, telephone/fax, internet, minibar, laundry not specified in the itinerary.

• 7% VAT and 3% withholding tax.

• Expenses arising from airline delays, natural disasters, protests, riots, strikes, and refusal of entry/exit by immigration and labor officials in Thailand and abroad, which are beyond the company's control.

• If the Thai and/or Japanese government agencies change additional quarantine requirements and/or request additional health checks, the traveler will be responsible for the excess costs.

• COVID-19 health insurance.

• ATK or RT-PCR test fees not specified in the tour itinerary, if required by the country of origin or destination.

• Tips for guides and drivers, including the entire trip.

• • Please book your tour at least 30 days in advance of your departure date and pay a deposit of 20,000 THB. The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days before departure; otherwise, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

• • For bookings made less than 15 days before departure, the company reserves the right to collect the full tour fee (100%).

• This tour is for tourism purposes only.

• This is a private group tour. If you do not participate in or use the services as specified in the itinerary, in whole or in part,or are denied entry or exit from any country for any reason, the company will not refund any part or all of the service fees.

• The company reserves the right not to be liable for damages resulting from errors in spelling of names, surnames, titles, passport numbers, etc.,used for booking airline tickets, in cases where the traveler or agency does not provide a copy of the passport to the company along with the deposit payment.

• This service fee is calculated based on the foreign exchange rate on the date the company provides the quote. Therefore, the company reserves the right to adjust

service fees upwards in the event of changes in foreign exchange rates, airfare, fuel surcharges, airline insurance,flight changes, etc.

• Tour guides, employees, or agents of the company are not authorized to make any promises on behalf of the company unless there is a document signed by an authorized representative of the company.

• The company reserves the right to charge all expenses if you cancel your trip and this results in the tour group not meeting the minimum number of participants (30 or more) as determined by the company,due to the damage caused to the company and other travelers in the same group.

• The company must use this money to cover any damages resulting from your cancellation.

• A minimum of 30 travelers is required for the tour to depart. If there are fewer than 30 travelers, we reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or change the price. We will notify you at least 10 days in advance of the departure date.

• If you need to book domestic tickets (such as flights, bus tickets, train tickets), please check with our staff before booking. Airlines may change flight schedules or times without prior notice. The company will not be responsible for any losses if you book domestic tickets without informing us and the flight schedule changes, as it will be considered that you have accepted these conditions.

• For travelers requiring special assistance, such as wheelchair access at the airport, please inform the company at least 7 days before departure,or from the time you book the tour. Otherwise, the company cannot arrange this in advance. The company reserves the right to charge the actual costs incurred by the traveler (if any).

• This applies to travelers using official passports (blue covers) for tourism purposes with a tour group. If you are denied entry or exit from any country, the company reserves the right not to refund the tour fee and will not be held liable in any way.

• If you are Muslim and have dietary restrictions, please specify this clearly before booking. In case of last-minute notifications,additional charges may apply.

• Once you have paid the deposit or the full amount, the company will consider that you have acknowledged and accepted all the company's terms and conditions as stated in the tour itinerary.
