How to install eSIM
- Please do not delete/remove the eSIM cellular plan from your phone settings until you are done using it. Once deleted eSIM profile cannot be restored. *eSIM 1 QR-code can be used used only once
- You do not need to remove your current physical SIM card and are free use the physical SIM and eSIM in parallel on the same device.
Before starting, please make sure that:
- You activate the eSIM on the day of your departure. The date of eSIM activation will start on your activation date.
- Your device is connected to the internet or a stable WiFi network, preferably not a satellite connection (found on ships or airplanes) or free WiFis (like in airports or cafes) , as these might not work.
- Please note that the actual text or screens may be different depending on the iOS version and the device.
- Most of Vacay eSIMs require enabling roaming. To avoid mistakes in using roaming data and bill shock from your primary SIM, we recommend you contact your network provider such as AIS, dtac, or True to disable roaming.
- The redemption code is valid within 30 days from the booking date. Please redeem before the expiration date.
