However, we will make every effort to inform you in advance

Policy

Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 20 KG of luggage. Excess luggage will incur a charge of 20 THB per KG, not exceeding 30 KG. A fee of 300 THB applies for transporting water sports equipment (e.g., surfboards, windsurfing boards) by boat. A fee of 500 THB applies for folding bicycles transported by boat only. Please note that we do not transport any motorcycles. If you are bringing an animal, please discuss in advance to confirm with the service provider contact Customer Support. Customers can park their cars at our office in Trat for a fee of 50 THB per day per car.
