帕弗爾是哈爾濱有口碑且老牌子的飯店了。這次入住也是因為名聲不錯。但是熱水問題很嚴重，經常斷熱水，而這個季節哈爾濱溫度又很低。所以這個問題是嚴重的影響了住宿的舒適度，希望改進！
